Locating Your Meeting ID for a Zoom meeting setup through Canvas

1. Once your Zoom session has been created, select the “Zoom” link in your Canvas course navigation menu.
2. Select the Topic link for your session.
3. Copy the “Meeting ID” (this is usually a 9-digit number).

Locating Your Meeting ID for a Zoom meeting created through TUportal

1. Login to TUportal and select “Zoom” from the left sidebar navigation menu.
2. Select "Sign In."
3. Select “Meetings” from the navigation menu.
4. Select the Topic link for your session.
5. Copy the “Meeting ID” (this is usually a 9-digit number).

Sharing Your Meeting ID with Participants

With a Meeting ID, participants (i.e. students, faculty, guest speakers, etc.) can locate and join your session by going to https://temple.zoom.us

1. Select “Join” to Connect to a meeting in progress
2. Enter the “Meeting ID” and select “Join” to access the session
