Item Bank Creation

Like question banks for Classic Quizzes, item banks can be used in New Quizzes to create and store a series of assessment questions that can be easily pulled into any exam you create. You can use your Item Banks in any course where you have permission to create and edit a quiz using New Quizzes.

1. Access the Item Banks either from the Item Banks link in the Course Navigation (if enabled) or through the Build page when creating a New Quiz.
2. Select the “+ Bank” button.
   
3. In the Bank Name field [1], enter the name of the Item Bank. You can also share the new Item Bank to the current course by selecting the Share box [2].
4. To save your bank, select the Create Bank button [3].
   
5. Once created, select the newly created Item Bank or select the duplicate, edit, share, or delete functions on the right side [6].
